These terms apply to use of winesexpert.com, its public pages, tools and membership previews. You may use the site for personal research and ordinary internal business evaluation. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious material, or use automated extraction at a volume that harms the site or recreates its database.
Market information
Prices, ratings, windows, indices and calculations are informational. Fine-wine markets can be thin; condition, provenance, format, tax, fees and currency can change the result for a specific bottle. A dated observation is not a guaranteed purchase or sale price. Check the source listing and obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on information for a financial, tax or legal decision.
No transaction relationship
WineExperts is not a retailer, auction house or broker, holds no stock and does not accept bids. Links to merchants or auction houses take you to a separate service with its own terms. Any purchase, sale, delivery, condition dispute or payment is between you and that third party.
Membership preview
The blurred wine records and plan buttons currently demonstrate the intended membership boundary. Authentication, billing and the production account dashboard are not connected. Clicking a plan on this version does not create a paid account. Checkout, cancellation, renewal and refund terms must be approved and added before payment is enabled.
Intellectual property and citations
The site design, original editorial images, copy and assembled database are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may link to public pages and make reasonable attributed quotations. The market-index page states any separate licence that applies to its downloadable dataset.
Availability and corrections
The service may change, pause or correct information as sources and the product evolve. WineExperts does not promise that every record is complete or continuously available. Suspected errors can be sent through the corrections page; corrections should remain visible rather than silently rewriting history.
Responsibility
Nothing on the site is investment advice, and past prices do not indicate future value. To the extent permitted by law, WineExperts is not responsible for a trading, purchasing, storage or drinking decision made from the site. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Before public launch
The operator’s legal name, address, governing-law clause and paid-membership terms still require founder and legal review. This page deliberately does not invent them. It must be completed before the site accepts payment or is presented as a final public contract.
